Why Chiropractic?

From a young age Dr Brady has always been very active, participating in a variety of sports and fitness activities. This led to a keen interest in how the body works and how he could help further enhance the body’s ability to perform. As a natural progression he chose a career path in Chiropractic, to help manage injuries and enhance the health of others. After having his own ongoing knee and low back issues, it wasn’t until having a combination of Chiropractic care with strength and rehabilitation work which directed him back on track.

Work History

Dr Brady completed his studies in Melbourne at RMIT. Since graduating he has been gaining experience and working for several years out of a range of Chiropractic and sports clinics around Melbourne. Growing up in a small regional town in Victoria, Brady was ready to make the move back to a more rural setting and resultantly has chosen Armidale as his home.

Brady enjoys working with a wide range of people from as young as 2 years old up to geriatric aged patients, however has a particular interest in athlete management. Through working out of a fitness studio, being the team Chiropractor for AFL club’s and treating at competitive events including Crossfit, Ironman and men’s Australian Lacrosse, Brady has gained a wealth of knowledge in the field of Sports Chiropractic.

Aside from sporting injuries, Brady has an abundance of experience with managing a range of other conditions including low back pain, nerve radiculopathy, shoulder injuries, neck pain & headaches, pregnancy related musculoskeletal pains and balance issues.

Through combining a variety of Chiropractic, massage, muscle release and Dry needling techniques, along with having a strong focus on utilising functional exercises to guide you through an active recovery, there’s sure to be something in his skillset to assist you back to health.

Brady is a member of Australian Chiropractic Association and Sports Chiropractic Australia. Currently he is also completing the International Certificate Sports Chiropractic modules in order to keep himself with the most up to date knowledge in the sports medicine world.
